1、常规入境流程
Regular Entry Procedures
入境时，您应当向出入境边防检查机关交验本人的护照或者其他国际旅行证件、签证或者其他入境许可证明，履行规定的手续，经查验准许，方可入境。
When entering China, you shall submit your passport or other international travel document, visa or other entry permits to the exit and entry border inspection authorities, go through the prescribed formalities, and may enter upon examination and approval.
2、不准入境情形
Circumstances of Denial of Entry
未持有效出境入境证件或者拒绝、逃避接受边防检查的。
Those who hold no valid exit and entry documents, or refuse or evade border inspection.
被处驱逐出境或者被决定遣送出境，未满不准入境规定年限的。
Those who were previously deported or repatriated, and the No-Entry-into-China period has not expired.
患有严重精神障碍、传染性肺结核病或者有可能对公共卫生造成重大危害的其他传染病的。
Those who are suffering from serious mental disorders, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases that may severely jeopardize public health.
可能危害中国国家安全和利益、破坏社会公共秩序或者从事其他违法犯罪活动的。
Those who may endanger China's national security or interests, or disrupt social and public order, or engage in other illegal or criminal activities.
在申请签证过程中弄虚作假或者不能保障在中国境内期间所需费用的。
Those who commit fraud during the visa application process or cannot cover the costs of their expenditure during their stay in China.
入境后可能从事与签证种类不符的活动的。
Those who may engage in activities that do not match the type of visa.
中国法律、行政法规规定不准入境的其他情形。
Other circumstances in which entry is not allowed in accordance with laws or administrative regulations of China.
3、常规出境流程
Regular Exit Procedures
出境时，您需要向出入境边防检查机关交验本人的护照、签证证件以及外国人出境卡。请您务必确认自己的签证停留期。
When exiting China, you shall submit your passport, visa, and the Departure Card to the exit and entry border inspection authorities. Please make sure of the stay duration on your visa.
4、不准出境情形
Circumstances of Denial of Exit
被判处刑罚尚未执行完毕或者属于刑事案件被告人、犯罪嫌疑人的，但是按照中国与外国签订的有关协议，移管被判刑人的除外。
Those who are sentenced to criminal punishments, the execution of which are not completed, or are suspects or defendants in criminal cases, except those who are sentenced and transferred under relevant agreements between China and foreign countries.
有未了结的民事案件，人民法院决定不准出境的。
Those who are involved in unsettled civil cases and are not allowed to exit China upon decision of the People's Courts.
拖欠劳动者的劳动报酬，经国务院有关部门或者省、自治区、直辖市人民政府决定不准出境的。
Those who are in arrears of paying off labor remuneration and therefore are not allowed to exit by decision of the relevant departments under the State Council or of the People's Governments of provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities directly under the Central Government.
法律、行政法规规定不准出境的其他情形。
Other circumstances in which exit shall not be allowed in accordance with laws or administrative regulations.
5、外国人入出境卡
Arrival & Departure Cards
外国人入境时，除需准备好本人护照、登机牌之外，还需填写外国人入出境卡。入出境卡能在所乘坐的交通运输工具或者抵达口岸现场获取，请在办理通关手续之前完成表格的填写，并由本人签名。其中，“在华住址”必须详细填写，如入住的是连锁酒店，应当注明具体地址。
When entering the country, all foreigners are required to fill out the Arrival and Departure Cards as well as prepare their passports and boarding passes. The Arrival and Departure Cards can be obtained during transportation or at the arrival port. Please complete the form and sign it before going through immigration clearance. The "Intended address in China" must be completed accurately. If staying in a chain hotel, the specific address should be indicated.
6、指纹留存
Fingerprints Collection
对14（含）至70（含）周岁的入境外国人留存指纹（持外交护照或有对等互惠安排等情形除外）。
Fingerprints of foreigners between the ages of 14 and 70 will be collected when entering China (with the exception of diplomatic passport holders or reciprocal arrangements etc.).
7、自助通关条件
E-channel Clearance Conditions
部分口岸设置了自助查验通道。如果您符合以下条件，可以进行自助通关采集备案，备案后即可使用自助通道通关。
Some ports of entry have set up e-channels for immigration clearance. If you qualify via the conditions below, you can conduct the necessary procedures to use the e-channel:
1.持外国护照和外国人永久居留身份证的外国人。
Foreigners holding foreign passports and Foreign Permanent Residence ID Cards.
2.持外国电子护照及6个月以上中国居留许可的外国人。
Foreigners holding foreign e-passports and Chinese residence permits valid for more than 6 months.
3.在定期国际航班上服务的可免签入境及已办妥1年（含）以上乘务、任职签证或居留证件的外国籍机组人员。
Foreign crew members serving on scheduled international flights eligible for visa-free entry, or holders of C or Z visas, or residence permits valid for one year or longer.
8、禁止入境物品
Articles Prohibited from Entry
1.各种武器、仿真武器、弹药及爆炸物品。
Arms, imitation arms, ammunition, and explosives of all kinds.
2.伪造的货币及伪造的有价证券。
Counterfeit currencies and counterfeit negotiable securities.
3.对中国政治、经济、文化、道德有害的印刷品、胶卷、照片、唱片、影片、录音带、录像带、激光视盘、计算机存储介质及其他物品。
Printed matter, films, photographs, music records, cinematographic films, loaded recording tapes and video tapes, compact discs (video and audio), storage media for computers and other articles which are detrimental to the political, economic, cultural and moral interests of China.
4.各种烈性毒药。
Harmful poison of all kinds.
5.鸦片、吗啡、海洛因、大麻以及其他能使人成瘾的麻醉品、精神药物。
Opium, morphine, heroin, marijuana, and other addictive drugs and psychotropic substances.
6.带有危险性病菌、害虫及其他有害生物的动物、植物及其产品。
Animals, plants and their products that carry dangerous bacteria, pests and other harmful organisms.
7.有碍人畜健康的、来自疫区的以及其他能传播疾病的食品、药品或其他物品。
Foodstuff, medicine, and other articles coming from epidemic stricken areas, or which are harmful to humans and livestock, or which might spread disease.
9、禁止出境物品
Articles Prohibited from Exit
1.列入禁止入境范围的所有物品。
All articles identified as articles prohibited from entry.
2.内容涉及国家秘密的手稿、印刷品、胶卷、照片、唱片、影片、录音带、录像带、激光视盘、计算机存储介质及其他物品。
, printed matter, films, photographs, music records, cinematographic films, loaded recording tapes and video tapes, compact discs (video and audio), storage media for computers and other articles which contain state secrets.
3.珍贵文物及其他禁止出境的文物。
Valuable cultural relies and other relies prohibited from exit.
4.濒危的和珍贵的动物、植物（均含标本）及其种子和繁殖材料。
Endangered and precious rare animals and plants (including their specimens), and their seeds and reproducing materials.
10、离境退税及退税率
Departure Tax Refund and Tax Refund Rate
若您在境内连续居住不超过183天，离境日距退税物品购买日不超过90天，单日在单家退税商店购买的退税物品金额达到500元人民币，则可以享受离境退税的优惠。
You may enjoy the departure tax refund if: You have stayed in the Chinese Mainland for no more than 183 consecutive days; the goods are taken out of China within 90 days from the date of purchase; and the tax refundable goods purchased from one Tax Free Store on one day are worth at least RMB 500.
退税物品的退税率一般为11%，但您可能还需缴纳一定的手续费。
The tax refundable rate is generally 11%, but you may need to pay a handling fee.
离境时，您可凭退税商店提供的《离境退税申请单》、销售发票以及退税物品和护照等本人有效身份证件，向海关申请退税。经海关验核并签章后，由设在离境口岸隔离区内的退税代理机构统一办理退税手续。
When leaving China, you may apply to Customs for the tax refund by providing the Departure Tax Refund Application Form provided by Tax Free stores, sales invoices, the tax refundable goods and your valid ID documents. After Customs check the goods and stamp the Application Form, the tax will be refunded via a tax refund agency located within the secured area of the departure port.
